Refund policy
Returns are allowed within 14 days of receiving order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original packaging and you must be able to provide receipt or proof of purchase to returns@berootedco.com. Eligible returns will be refunded the purchase price. Customer will be charged $5 for shipping. We will provide a return label. This excludes any items marked final sale in the detail list.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (generally 3-5 business days) before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Price Adjustments
Prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments, regardless of whether the item has yet to ship.
PREORDERS:
Some items are available for pre-orders and will be noted on product page. Dates are estimates and subject to change. We’ll keep you updated if anything shifts. Payment is collected at time of purchase to reserve item. All preorders will ship when item arrives at warehouse. If you order both in-stock and preorder items together, we will fulfill the items separately. Preorders cannot be cancelled or returned for any other reason besides damage.
