At Be Rooted, we want every puzzling experience to feel joyful, relaxing, and complete. While we carefully inspect our puzzles during production, occasional issues can happen.

Missing Piece Requests

If you believe your puzzle is missing a piece, please email our team at berootedco@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase
  • The name of the puzzle
  • A photo of the completed puzzle showing the missing piece area
  • A photo of the puzzle box barcode/UPC

Before Submitting a Request

We kindly ask that you:

  • Fully complete the puzzle before reporting a missing piece
  • Double-check the puzzle bag, floor, table edges, and surrounding area
  • Confirm the piece was not accidentally connected to another piece

Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of puzzle manufacturing, we are unable to consitently proivde individual puzzle pieces.

If your request is approved, we may offer one of the following based on inventory availability:

  • A replacement puzzle
  • A comparable puzzle of equal value
  • Store credit or discount code

Please note:

  • Replacement requests must be submitted within 90 days of purchase
  • We cannot guarantee the availability of the exact same puzzle design
  • Puzzles purchased secondhand, from unauthorized resellers, or at thrift stores are not eligible for replacement
