That’s why we created the 7-Day Declutter & Refresh Challenge. This is a gentle, intentional way to tidy up not just your physical space, but your mental space too. Because sometimes self-care looks like clearing out what no longer serves you and making room for what truly matters.
Why Decluttering Matters
Clutter isn’t just about messy desks or crowded closets. It can show up in your thoughts, your calendar, and even your digital life. When things pile up, it’s harder to focus, harder to feel calm, and harder to move with intention.
By taking small, daily steps, you’ll find yourself feeling lighter, more focused, and ready to step into this new season with clarity.
Your 7-Day Challenge
Here’s your day-by-day guide. Each step takes just 10–15 minutes but makes a big impact:
Day 1: Clear Your Desk
Give your workspace a reset. Toss old papers, wipe it down, and add one inspiring item (like an affirmation card or plant).
Day 2: Toss Old Papers
Throw away junk mail. Clean out your nightstand. Are you keeping hold to 10+ year documents?
Day 3: Delete Old Apps
A clear digital space = a calmer mind. What apps are no longer serving you? Taking up space on your phone or desktop.
Day 4: Set 3 New Goals
Don’t try to do it all, but identify 3 small tasks that you want to complete by the end of the month.
Day 5: Refresh Your Journal/Planner
Set up a new spread, add stickers or tabs, and get ready to tackle the week with intention.
Day 6: Write Fears & Release
Don’t let negative self talk take up space in your mind. Write them down and release it.
Day 7: Reward Yourself
Reflect on what you accomplished this week, big or small, and treat yourself to a little joy (a puzzle break, new stationery, a beauty ritual, or a favorite latte).
