Shipping

Subscription orders ship within 5–7 business days of your renewal date unless otherwise communicated.

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Managing Your Subscription

• Pause your subscription (if available)
• Cancel your subscription

Renewal Notifications

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment.

If a renewal charge has already been processed, that order will be fulfilled and shipped as scheduled.

Returns & Refunds

Subscription products are processed automatically and are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us at berootedco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll be happy to help.
