"I love their products and puzzles but had an issue with the wine and coffee cup purchase. I bought a few sets, including one for my mother’s birthday. It does not say not to put it in the dishwasher, and after one wash, the letters and pictures peeled off. When I reached out to ask for a replacement, the response was, "Did you put it in the dishwasher?" I said I did, but this does not indicate that it is not dishwasher safe. The experience has changed how I purchase items here, as there seemed to be no real concern about the issue."

"Got this set for mi madre for Mother's Day, and her heart was warmed just seeing a new coffee mug, so when I brought attention to the wine glass, she was pleasantly surprised !! We both love the personality the set brings, especially with the designs being black-centric !! The sole downside is that these cups are handwash-only for the sake of the art, which is an issue for people like me who have difficulty with their motor skills."
